User Management

The system gives you the flexibility to manage your student body and content in Groups to match your organisation hierarchy.  The WIZDOM Web platform is built upon standard Microsoft database components and will integrate with most systems to provide an up to date feed of student data.

Learning Portal

Your personalised portal presents you with access to your training planned and past. It updates you with news in your learning area and Group and allows you to update your personal details.  Here you can find collaboration forums that interest you and where you might look for answers. If you need to look for and register for learning you can browse through what's available in the Course Catalogue.  Some eLearning courses may be available immediately, other blended learning will require you to register and have your line manager approve the time and cost.

Learning Management

Administrators and Instructors can effectively manage courseware, content availability, classroom events and student assessments.  All eLearning delivery is to the exacting SCORM 1.2 standards, recording your scores and learning time.  Different content types are useable including PDF Documents, eLearning, WBTs, Powerpoint, Audio and Video Files and Assignments.  Learning Plans can manage a wide range of different media.

Knowledge Management

Creating content type categories and assessments using different types of questions from a custom question bank using the powerful Assessment Generation Tool.  Reuseable question modules can be stored for later use. All learner assessment scores can be recorded for progress reporting.

Collaboration Management

The collaborative learning tools available in the learnLMS system are without parallel. There is an Announcement/News Group Section where localised news can be delivered. Forums specific to courseware or open access can be developed and delivered. Here you can schedule Virtual Classroom sessions where students all over the world can come together in a learning experience, unconstrained by geographic boundaries.  Masterclasses, follow up sessions, live demonstrations can all be held over the Virtual Classroom system.
