• Programme management for the development of an E-Learning infrastructure for a media company. A £1M project to include implementing a Learning Management System, learning zones, content, communications and acceptance. Delivered on time at a cost of £450k to all 13,000 associates.
• Delivered key note paper to European training seminar on Competency Frameworks, Assessments and Learning Analytics.
