Operating across 180 countries worldwide, BAT is truly a global FTSE 100 UK company.  Our consultant has been working with the IT Group for six months implementing a Competency framework and project managing the development of 16 new learning modules to support a new operating model.  

Highlights have included a full vendor selection process, resulting in the appointment of a learning partner for BAT.  Working with the Learning Partner to consult widely on the development of the business focused learning modules.  Supplementing the direct instructor-led training is a suite of selected eLearning modules, an informal learning network and a series of follow up virtual learning events.  A true blended approach to keeping the learning alive.
